Ms. Rinaldi has been a part of several teams of Agile Coaches and Agile Transformation Leads who have delivered a recommendation to stand-up SAFe Lean-Agile Portfolio Management within two Fortune 500 Financial Services. This deliverable included a scaling roadmap and maturity model to optimize strategic alignment to enterprise and between portfolio strategy and work being done. The CapTech team particularly leveraged their knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) in their recommendations. The team also provided recommendations on practices and enablers the client should adopt to have a better Lean Product Development culture.
Ms. Rinaldi has also been apart of a team/program training and launching multiple scrum teams as part of their transition to agile in a local government entity. As well as coached leadership in scaling the model. Ms. Rinaldi helped the client with launching multiple scrum teams as part of their transition to agile and conducted targeted role-based training for the Product Owners and Scrum Masters of multiple teams.
She is passionate about providing coaching and training at the Portfolio, Program and Team levels in an emerging Agile environment.

She coached and facilitated multiple teams in sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives and software demonstrations with a cross-functional team including VPs, directors and product owners on a daily basis via in-person and electronic communication. She coached Kaiser Permanente project management team to move from traditional waterfall to agile process including test-driven development, unit testing, automated testing and continuous delivery including agile, scaled agile methodologies and popular agile tools. She coached teams to improve agile process including test driven development, unit testing, automated testing and continuous delivery. She lead and trained teams how to use agile practices and methodologies. Additionally, she developed/designed the corporate WordPress website on own initiative saving the company more than $35,000 in design/development.
